Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Mammrlla's tools, services and API. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Responsible use

You agree not to use our services, tools or API to:

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any communication that violates the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or other platforms we integrate with.
• Transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems.
• Collect or process personal information without a lawful basis or proper consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse our API beyond the scope of your agreement.

Messaging and consent

Where our services send messages on your behalf, including via WhatsApp, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from recipients and that your use complies with all applicable platform rules and communications laws. We build on official APIs and will not support grey-market or non-compliant messaging.

API limits

We may apply rate limits and usage quotas to protect service quality. Attempting to circumvent these, or using the API in a way that degrades the service for others, is not permitted.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, in accordance with the relevant engagement agreement. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination.
